HR Operations Coordinator

Full-time position, flexible/remote with preference for Bengaluru, India or Hong Kong

Position Description

The HR Operations Coordinator will support Human Resources in operational tasks & duties, perform broad research, and support the full HR infrastructure. The role will have a strong focus on preparing and analyzing HR-related data, providing benchmarking insight, and providing up-to-date people reporting.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the bi-annual salary external benchmarking research, ensuring a consistent approach across the organization
  • Support the annual pay review process by collating, analyzing and preparing raise and bonus spreadsheets
  • Provide quarterly people reports and ad hoc reporting enabling the business to make informed people decisions
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, employee privacy, and immediately highlighting areas of concern
  • Implement monitoring and audit processes for HR laws & regulations to ensure adherence to compliance in each of our global locations
  • Research and stay up-to-date on new benefit initiatives, both on a global and country-specific basis, to ensure Cascale’s offerings remain market competitive
  • Manage HR onboarding and offboarding projects in Asana
  • Provide recruitment support
  • Run monthly payroll processes through multiple systems
  • Provide VISA management for employees
  • Provide administrative support in all HR tech systems
  • Research and support  the addition of AI in HR processes, reporting and research
 

Ideal Qualifications and Experience 

  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong process driven approach 
  • Significant experience in Microsoft Office Excel/Google Sheets, plus experience in other Microsoft and Google tools (Word, PowerPoint), GoogleSuite (Docs, Slides), Miro, and Asana experience or possesses the ability to quickly master 
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with a positive and supportive attitude
  • Ability to work with colleagues in a multicultural, multinational context to collaboratively achieve organizational goals; preferred experience working in a global HR organization
  • Strong interest and knowledge of sustainability issues
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of other languages being an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable with ambiguity and handling complex issues 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of proven work experience in HR Operations

Reporting Structure, Timeline, and Compensation

This is a full-time remote role, directly reporting to the Sr Global HR Manager  with a desired start date of May 15, 2024. The role has a desired location of Bengaluru, India or Hong Kong.

Cascale utilizes salary bands based on country location and aims to be competitive in each market. Actual compensation will also vary depending on factors including (but not limited to) relevant experience and performance. Salary is just one component of Cascale’s Total Rewards package for employees.
